Just Right is a system, developed here in Brighton & Hove, that uses colour zones to help children more effectively communicate how they are feeling and understand what makes them feel ‘just right’. We will discuss how the system is being used in schools and how it can be adapted for use at home.

All coffee mornings/workshops take place in either
- Hollingbury Learning Centre (BHISS Training Room, Youth Service Wing), Carden Avenue, Brighton BN1 8LU
- Group Room, Music & Arts Building, County Oak Avenue, Brighton BN1 8DJ
Please see the attached map. Both buildings are within the grounds of Carden Primary School – but PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SCHOOL ENTRANCE.
There is no onsite parking but plenty of free street parking nearby.
The site is accessible from the centre of Brighton on the 5B, 26 and 46 bus routes.
