Hove Park gets International Schools Award for third time!
Hove Park has recently been awarded the prestigious International Schools Award for the third time in a row. The Award recognises teachers and their schools who work to instill a strong international flavour into the learning experience of all children and young people. The British Council who made the final decision in early January 2012 commented 'The standard of activity that you have planned is excellent. One activity that particularly stood out was the Chinese across the curriculum, it is very interesting, well done!'

Mock Results Day
Year 11 had a glimpse at the future last week as they collected their mock exam results and predicted grades. Dressed to impress the students looked smart and professional as they waited to find out the contents of the all important envelope. They also had mock interviews with volunteers from the local business community. One student commented; "It was a really useful day as I've learned how to present myself in an interview and also that I need to revise more for the summer."

“Hove Park is a caring and inclusive school” “Students benefit from a good curriculum” “Observations show that there is good and outstanding teaching in most areas of the school” “The school’s systems for care, guidance and support are a continuing strength” “Students benefit from a large range of enrichment activities”
The report matched our understanding of the strengths of the school and the areas for development. It also confirmed that we are taking effective steps towards raising achievement at Hove Park. The number of grade 2 (good) judgements has increased.
At Hove Park we pride ourselves on the number of school trips we offer our students throughout the course of the academic year. In order to view the trips we have offered locally, nationally and internationally, along with each educational objective, please download our trips list.
