Curriculum

Business Studies aims to enable students to decide whether they would they like to set up their own business. This is done by fostering a love for business by focusing on the academic and intuitive decisions entrepreneurs make. The course focuses in detail at what it means to be self-employed and, in equal measure, what it means to be an employee. Through in depth study of a variety of topics students are encouraged to develop their skills of analysis and evaluation in order to produce detailed recommendations on the course businesses should take. By looking at numerous real world examples students will leave the course with a clear idea of the type of organisation they would like to work in when their studying is complete.
